The Scotland Club XV will face their Irish counterparts at Cork Constitution RFC on Friday night, with five Ayr players named in the starting line-up and a further two on the bench.
Dean Kelbrick, Craig Gossman and Peter Jericevich start at inside centre, left wing and scrum-half respectively, with George Hunter in the front row and Callum Templeton in the second row. Prop Nick Cox and hooker Fergus Scott are amongst the substitutes.
