Ayr youngsters Stafford McDowall, Robbie Smith and Paddy Dewhirst all played pivotal roles in Scotland U-20s' World Championship campaign which saw them finish tenth after a narrow defeat to Georgia in their final game.
McDowall, who captained the squad, led from the front throughout with Dewhirst and Smith both contributing tries to the tournament.
In a tournament which will feel disappointing for a squad with such an array of talent, the notable highlight will be their convincing 29-45 victory over Ireland. All three Ayr players started in the contest.
Club President, Billy McHarg, illustrated his delight with the the trio's contribution to the squad with: "Ayr's future looks bright based on the excellent performances of all three players involved in the U-20s World Championship".
