Ayr Ladies have their first home game of the season on Sunday, as they welcome Aberdeenshire Quines to Millbrae for their BT Women's National League Division 1 clash.
It's proving to be a highly competitive league already, so the Ladies know they will have to give it everything against the visitors. The Quines began their campaign last week with a 29-17 win against Watsonians at home. But Ayr Ladies have one more match under their belts having started their new season a week earlier than the Quines.
Ayr Ladies' young back Emily Irving is currently in the Scotland Women national training squad and everyone at Millbrae wishes her well on the comeback trail from a year of injury troubles.
