It was a busy opening weekend of 2015/16 for Ayr's youth section, with the youngsters recording three wins, a draw and a defeat in the President's Competition.
They were all taking on counterparts from Boroughmuir and on Saturday, the U18s won 61-10. The rest of the games were played on Sunday, with the U16s winning 27-20 and S1 16-3. S2 were unfortunately beaten 7-52 and the U15s drew 12-12.
They face teams from Currie this weekend.
The South Ayrshire Schools Conference begins this week, so there's going to be even more youth rugby played throughout the county in the coming months.
