It's been a busy few days for Ayr's young players, with the under-16 boys travelling to Italy with Glasgow Warriors and the under-18 girls competing in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals.
Unfortunately, it was a 42-17 defeat to Oban Lorne on Wednesday for the girls, but they move into the semi-finals of the bowl competition.
There was better news for the boys in Parma on Sunday, as they beat local side Reggio 19-15. They came from 0-15 at half-time to win before the Warriors played Zebre in the Guinness Pro12.
