There was a noticable Ayr presence in the Glasgow under-18s team who beat their Borders counterparts 17-15 at Murrayfield last night.
Sam Gray, Gregor Paxton, John McCorkindale, Kyle McNulty, Matthew Northcote and Ross Hay all started, whilst Ruaridh Sayce, Sam Graham and Paddy Dewhurst were on the bench.
Gray and Paxton were two of three try-scorers for Glasgow, with Nicholas Moore of St Aloysius the third.
