The initial squad for the Scotland Club International fixtures in 2016 and there are seven Ayr players involved.
Forwards George Hunter, James Malcolm, Rob McAlpine, Will Bordill and Pete McCallum and backs Haddon McPherson and Ross Curle are amongst thirty-one players who will take part in three training sessions in preparation for a warm-up game against Scotland U20s and the two international matches with England and Ireland.
The announcement comes on the same day as young hooker Malcolm was named in the starting line-up for Glasgow Warriors' Guinness Pro12 tie with Leinster.
